Saw an article in the womens section of SMH (just, you know, like browsing) the other days discussing what some neanderthals would regard as female sex tourism, however the article made a very strong distinction with Thailand.

It basically said that men in Thailand were here to exploit uneducated women and especially children for abnormal and gratuitous sex, however the women going to Africa and the Carribean were only interested in Romantic Holidays. It said that sex wasn't necessaily on the menu despite the buffed romeos being paid, although could sometimes eventuate if a spark was mutually felt, the aging women were really just seeking mutual romance. It did however mention one lady whose bf was doing his masters and her sending a whole bunch of money and never hearing from him again, that was no doubt an isolated abberation.

I only mention this as it is interesting how one can view things depending on your philosophical outlook. Have I crossed a PC line sumarising a major newspaper? Mind you the day before the same media also reported a huge rise in women watching pornography as per US research, however did note that providers were now trying to make it more "romantic" to suit that market.

Female sex tourism by Western women is a very wide spread phenomenon. Just go to Africa, the Arabic countries or the Carribean. Mostly countries where men are still men and play their male roles well. Western white knights shall think about it...

Sex expose sells magazines and newspapers. The raunchier the better. What else is new? Bigoted, self righteous people like nothing better than to poke there nose into other people's business. And, most are hypocrites who would do the same thing given the opportunity.

woman are obviously more romantic than men , men tend to go for the quicker thrill and woman ( i think ) tend to like being wined , dined and swept of their feet but at the end of the day it all boils down to the same thing doesnt it ? ive lost count of how many arguments i have had with farang woman asking me why i went to thailand on hols a lot and why i had to marry a thai lady, what do they go to turkey for ? please dont say culture and magnificent mosques and beautifull white sandy beaches

Knew a backpacker gal who was disgusted, full of righteous indignation etc at the Western guys whoring it up.
