BANGKOK, 23 September 2015 (NNT)-The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has recently convened a meeting to make sure all apartments in Bangkok comply with the law.

BMA Permanent Secretary Sanya Cheenimit said the BMA has empowered its officials in 50 districts across Bangkok to inspect and check whether the apartments in their jurisdictions are operating legally and abiding by safety and hygiene regulations.

Representatives from the Metropolitan Police Bureau, educational institutions, the Health Department and related agencies had attended the meeting. Any apartments found to have violated the law are required to correct themselves before they can obtain a new license.

Mr. Sanya said the inspection is aimed at assuring the safety of tenants and will be carried out frequently to check whether any progress has been made.

because of the Bangkok bombing the powers that be have decided to start checking all apartments to make sure they are not making bombs , absolutely incredible .

If that's the case then the police detectives won't have any detecting to do when the next bomb goes off. Hmmmmmcoffee1.gif
