PATTAYA:-- Pattaya's finest brought a "habitual foreign thief" to book for the theft of a motorbike and a string of other alleged crimes.

Hossain Kobol (sic), 34, from the central Asian country of Kyrgyzstan was arrested yesterday and fingered by the Thai owner of a Kawasaki at Pattaya police station.

Police had been vigilant following a spate of bike thefts at the resort and one patrol spotted a white Kawasaki fitting a description of a stolen vehicle parked in Soi Pattaya Park. Officers lay in wait and soon snared Kobol who resembled a suspect from CCTV of a theft on March 25th.

He was promptly invited to the station where he admitted the crime and was photographed with clothes worn on the day of the theft.

Police said that Kobol has been in Thailand illegally for two years earning a living from habitual theft and funding a drug habit with the proceeds. He is also suspected of theft from the Royal Beach Condotel.

He was charged with two counts of theft, use of amphetamines and marijuana, illegal entry to the Kingdom and staying without permission.

Good he has been caught now what about the masses of Thai's who do similar and we never hear about?

Every country has crims but he could have just stayed in Kryrgyzstan to use drugs and steal.

Instead he comes to Thailand to exploit all and sundry. The lowest of the low Farang scum and rubbish.
