Having tried ALL the so called fishing trips (and today) I can tell you that Deep sea fishing is a waste of time in Thailand, its overfished and you are very unlikely to catch anything over say 3kgs if that.

I seen the pics but never seen in reality.

Its a nice day out and thats it. Good luck and let me know if you catch anything big.

I cycle to Jontien beach nearly every day, then cool off in the sea etc, there are sometimes jelly fish but in general they are not in the shallow waters..

I have never had a problem in many years....I thnk you more likely had an allergic reaction, but I agree the water could be much cleaner,

Kawasaki showroom on Sukhumvit Road (nr top of Pattaya South road) sell in parts shop twin electric horns (chrome effect) for 520 Baht and will fit for you with a relay if reqested.

What roads in Thailand (Pattaya) are not allowed to be used by motorbikes ie motorways etc and what signs if any tell you of restrictions?

Hi there,

I have sailed in trhe past, generally beneton 36ft type and a stint on the Global challenger "Isle of Man" yacht many years ago. I live in Pattaya and I am generally around to assist. Bit old though (60) but I think fit etc.
