Eudora hasn't been updated for the Mac in 2 years. For this platform it's basically dead.
While I suspect you are one of the many fans of this old workhorse, why don't you try the bundled mail.app? It's more feature rich and actually works.

I'm interesting in staying at the The Bedrooms Boutique Hotel on Sukhumvit 77. It seems like a nice place away from all the hustle of other places I have stayed. But I can't for the life of me find a phone number for the hotel. Can anyone help? I prefer to book direct vs. through one of the seemingly endless variety of online agents.

And what is the point of this exactly?

"Viagra, commonly prescribed by doctors to treat male erectile dysfunction, is turning up too often at the scene of heart attack death in relatively young men. Some men may be vulnerable to heart attack after taking this drug, made by Pfizer. "

It's standard procedure here in Taiwan to have to fill out a form to get a prepay sim card. Passport or ID is required to get one. While not as convenient as in Bangkok where I can get a new phone number everyday at the local 7-11 it doesn't seem oppressive.

Yahoo.com doesn't allow you to send sms outside the US using there web based service. Singapore Yahoo has a tutorial on how to send sms using the Yahoo messenger application.

I would like to send some flowers to a friend in Bangkok. FTD online seems a tad bit overpriced. Any recommendations? Any local florists have an online storefront?
Thanks

If I was in Bangkok on holiday I think I would be pretty upset if I had my night out ruined by a forced urine test without probable cause. I can't imagine that this continued practice will have any positive effect on whatever problem they think they might be rectifying and it certainly won't leave any favourable impressions on the city by those tourists who might be effected.

Would someone please recommend a company that could guide me through the whole process of working in Thailand.
I have been working in Taiwan for the past 6 years and frequently get asked to work on projects on a short term basis here, in Thailand, and elsewhere. In the near future I would like to focus more of my time on these freelance projects.
I want to have the ability to legally accept these projects. I do have a goal of growing this practice to the point where I could actually spend most of my time in Bangkok. Initially I would still live in Taiwan but would likely rent a residence in Bangkok. Hiring staff would be fine though advice on that would be appreciated as well.
This isn't a big venture, I am simply seeking ways to legitimise my freelance opportunities.

Dog Attack

It isn't the dogs fault but the owner. She is by law required to take full responsibility for the actions of her dog.
Hitting a dominant dog or one who is likely exhibiting fear based aggression only exasperates the problem. Personally I like to fight the battles I know I can win, fighting a 40lb dog is not one of them.
In situations like this the best strategy is avoidance and contacting the police. A small can of mace might work in an emergency.
