2. You built (and paid for) the house after the usufruct was signed. In this case you are the true owner of the house and the blue book.

 

So. I had lifetime usfruct before I built house. Have Contract for house build 8 years ago. So what exactly do I need to do the android app filling in bit? Simplest being the most prefered format please. 

I also have usfruct on the land, have a yellow book. Was unaware I could be registered as owner on Blue book
