The Thais know better! Try it and see who the hospital gives the bill to, you will be "helping" in more ways than you thought usually. Or the injured blames you! At least if you get sued it's not too much $$$ like the west...

DO NOT be Cheap about learning this sport, with education, equipment, or operators.

I taught SCUBA for college credit in the USA and abroad. It takes dozens of hours before one should go to the open water!

THINK people this is life support equipment!
