  1. If you can do 6 month lease you can get a furnished studio or 1 bdr in one of the newer condos with hotel style facilities no problem. If you can't get tied down that long, it is getting more and more common to ask condo owners for 3 month lease too, they will be reluctant but can be persuaded to do it.

We just found a condo owner at the Ideo Verve right above On Nut market & Bts who (reluctantly) agreed to a 2 month lease and that place (IMHO) beats any serviced apartments in the area for location, facilities and general awesomeness. It did take some persuading though :)

  2. (please note : - no links allowed in this forum so read attached pdf for the sites I have worked on).

I am a serial entrepreneur and have been involved in tech/travel related startups in Hyderabad, the Himalayas, Delhi, Bangkok, Vancouver and Mexico City. My role is as project manager and all rounder; managing specialist technical teams, providing whatever supports necessary in executing a project successfully. This involves product and business development, online marketing and social media, content organization and management, training and human resources and all finances and budget management.

I currently operate 3 ecommerce retail travel sites with a staff of 5-10 both local and in a consultant / freelance network spanning the globe. I have trained staff on launching and maintaining a massive PPC and SEO campaign in support of these sites. I manage all of the finances and business product development, liaising with suppliers around the world and creating a cutting edge interactive online catalog which can be customized in a way that has never been done before.

I also created and run a successful passive income stream selling community based and adventure tours in the highest inhabited valley on earth - Spiti Valley in the Indian Himalayas.

I am a prolific writer and amateur photographer and maintain several blogs in support of guerrilla marketing for all of the above, and also mostly because I'm a bit of a nerd. Each of my online projects have additionally well maintained Twitter, Tumblr & Facebook campaigns linked together and updated regularly.

I believe I have the managerial and entrepreneurial experience as well as the technical background to successfully execute your digital project and as such I request a minimum starting salary of 100,000thb per year.
