sure you can rent a modest town house for 6-10k/m but i will be basic and out of town. when you get to know the place yes you will gain knowledge of where to eat/shop etc but i regret that 30k/month will be stretching it. if however you lived in the sticks (north east) your money will go alot further but sadly you may well die of boredom . please do not buy a condo, please!!!!
