Anyone know if there is anywhere in hua hin where a farang can meet ladyboys?

Our house in HH is just finished and we are spending xmas there before hopefully moving for good in May. its a new development with land lines. is it fairly easy to get internet connection and broadband in particular. Any advice on how to get it installed?

If coming from the UK, what licence do I need to ride/buy a bike in HH?
