Has anyone been to KL recently to re new there Non Immigrant B Visa?? Been given paperwork that tells you to renew in thailand, Hailing from Koh Phangan this would be samui immigration, but they don't know anything about this. The Paperwork outlines what i must have, after working for 4 years in Thailand, I still don't have 4 thai staff, My Business is Website Design & Online Marketing. Are we now supposed to fly to our country every year and get a 1 year visa or pay a dodgy lawyer 35,000 bht for a even more dodgy stamp or should we lie about the 4 thai staff, pay extra 8000 bht per month and hope for the best??
