With copy of blue book you can/must pay tax and insurance.

In my knowledge you have a few options, some are not really clean...,

First one, go police office and declare to lost your originals papers. After that try to re submit at dlt. 

Second, go to some second hand engine sellers or mechanical, pay him for a new declarations. 

Third,  change again your engine, but these way in my opinion is not really a good idea, new engine will cost to you more than 50,000 and for an old pick up is not a good money spent.

AIS now DON T renew at same before. I have 10 years sim, i had these promo that you talk, but NOW they DON T give unlimited !!! They give ONLY 7,5 GIGA/month. You can try yourself on web site or AIS app. Or just go in ais shop.

I have these package, 6 month at 1 Mbps, 600 Baht (MaoMao unlimited) like you told, but now at the end of time, can t renew at unlimited, they give only 7,5Gb/month, same price same speed.

It s crazy priced in thailand for mobile internet data, and all have GB limits! I used ais Mao Mao 1 gbps unlimited for 6 months, but now can t renove it at the same, now, same price but 7,5 gb/month. That I use in 3 days!!! 

What do you use? 

Limit is now (from some years) 3 years, you must to re register motorcycle, pay all old tax, new plate, new register. 

I m afraid for your situation, you can go at local dlt with number plate explain what happen and ask why. Maybe car you bought have some problem (fine not payd, over 3 years tax not paid, mismatch engine or fake blue book) where do you bought these car? Maybe they have a copy of that.
