I figured I should come back to update this.  We ended up having the delivery at PhayaThai3. We went in for a meeting with the Dr. and he suggested we had the Csection the next day. She was 34 weeks pregnant at the time.  Before the surgery, we had to sign some documents expecting the total to be 1.2 million baht +/- 20%.  There weren't any major issues and they were all discharged after 12 days and the total bill ended up around 600,000 baht. At the end of the stay, the per charge for each baby was ~9k baht a day in the NICU.

The staff and facilities were great at PhayaThai3.  I visited the unit everyday and they taught me how to hold, feed, clean, change diapers, etc.  I am very happy they agreed to let us have the surgery there.  

Just a quick update. We had a friend with connections at Thonburi 1 so they will accept her as a patient. 

Thanks Sheryl!  I'll contact those hospitals or get my wife to help me.  She is at 32 weeks and already moved to Bangkok because we thought Chaophya had agreed for the birth without issues. She has already been for check-ups for the past 3 weeks there. However, the doctors met and for some reason told us to find another hospital.  

She works for PTT so she has great insurance. The insurance doesn't cover the first 14 days of birth so we realize we might have to pay 1 million or more out of pocket. It is what it is.

We thought we had a Dr and hospital but Chaophya hospital has decided to not do the operation due to insufficient doctors/nicu units.

Bangkok Rayong and Bangkok Pattaya both have declined.

Any ideas?

I went in today to open a Bangkok Bank account for the new MasterCard. I show them a passport and work permit. They come back and tell me I need a letter of reference from my company and show me some binder with requirements in Thai.

Red flag up- They don’t want to deal with me so I call the customer service number. They confirm the requirements and talk to the staff. At this point, I think I am good to go. I get off the phone and they reverse again to the LOR.

Finally, I show them on their own website the requirements of only a passport and wp and they still struggle with it but get the process going.

At the end, they did apologize and admit I was the first foreigner to get a bank account with them with only a work permit.

So, don’t trust their response if you know you are right.

I just happened to complete a focused search for a new laptop.  The best one out there is the new ASUS - VivoBook, Model ": X540UADS51.  It includes a 1TB Hard Drive and uses Intel Core i5.  It is a 15.6"   and is priced in your/our price range. It was just released by ASUS in March of this year.  That is the computer I just bought 6 hours ago.

That doesn’t mean he isn’t a huge improvement over Lovren.

I could be wrong but I thought Toby was injured for most of the season and now there are doubts about his future with Spurs.

Do you think Lovren is better than Toby?

It is not clear from the original post but what if she had a contract for 12 months (May to April).  She worked the regular school calendar and received pay for her 2 summer months (March,April). 

If she has decided to not return, should she pay back the salaries?  

I have to meet some family in Naples, Italy in December.  I have just started looking at flights and it looks like the best value (time and $) will be the new Air Italy non-stop route to Milan and then a train down to Naples.  A flight shows up on Kayak and some 3rd party sellers Dec 15-31 return for ~640$ but it doesnt show up as an option on Air Italy's site yet.

Any other suggestions?  Thanks in advance!
