Hi
I had to return to the UK so decided not to extend in Thailand and get a new O-A visa in London. However it was refused even though I had a combination of income £12k and savings £9k. here is the email reply explaining why.
Dear Sir/Madam,
You can not use the saving that got the pension transfer to make it over 18000 annum so if you use saving must have 18000 in your acc. If pension transfer in the same account we are not calculate again
Kind Regards,
I think the combination method is becoming very difficult.- 1

Thanks for your replies. I leave and return regularly so have only ever done one 90 day report and sent it to Bangkok. This was the incorrect immigration office as they returned a list of immigration regulations and numbers to me with my tm47 however didn't indicate the correct route for the future. Yes my partners is on the rent agreement however her id clearly states her mothers address.
It's not a problem that your partners ID shows her mothers address, many Thai people are registered on their family house register but live somewhere else. The rent agreement will show where she actually lives.

That sounds good, Thanks
Just got to find out where to go now?

You should have a Multi Entry which means just before your permission to stay ends you leave and re enter to get another 12 months.
Have a look at your Visa in your passport.
But he has to make sure he not only leaves before his permission to stay ends but also re-enters before the "Enter before" date on his Non OA visa (I know you know this, but you didn't mention it in your reply). If his visa is already expired, then his only choice would be to do an extension at the local immigration office.
To answer some of the OP's questions. Is your partners name on the rental agreement, if so copy of rental agreement together with copy of your partners ID-card will probably suffice? It might help if your partner comes with you to the immigration office. You will have to go to the immigration office that covers the area where you live, and that isn't necessarily the closest one. I'm sure other posters will be along telling you which immigration office you have to use.

Hi, I am British, entered Thailand on a Non O-A Long stay visa and would like to extend my stay over my current one year period stamp. This will be my first extension and I am concerned on how and where to do this.
I currently live in Krasang Buri rum however have no way of proving my address as I am not married, my name is not on the rent agreement, my partner, son and daughter address is different to mine (on her mothers/Grand mother house book), is this going to be a problem and if so how can I overcome this? Also do I extend my stay at the immigration office in Kroat? If so how do I find the immigration office? And if not where do I extend and how do I find the immigration office? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
