Building a Gaming PC tends to make ppl overkill
What u actually need for a rig that runs single montior at 1080p
MSI B85 G43 Gaming + i5-4460
GSKills Ripjaws 1600mhz 2x4gb kit
WD Blue 1tb
Crucial MX100 SSD 256gb
Asus R9 290 4gb DCUII or go for 290X (Reason being GPU nowadays tends to be quite future proof i would reco 290 first.. cuz in the next 6-8 months 800 series GPU would be out and from the info it should be 20% faster then 780 and cheaper too so i wont suggest u jump too deep on this)
Superflower HX600 600w 80+ Gold PSU
Xigmatek Odin
Samsung DVD Drive (Optional)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OEMthis RIG wont cost u more then 40k baht and it will run max on most game (Unless u wanna play watchdog) be smart when u build a rig mate no 1 rig is future proof

1) Could they review or come up with a visa that will benefit expats earning income from oversea and wishes to pay taxes and also call thailand their home away from home ? since getting PR status is a long and tides process
2) If NOT Will they review and maybe come up with a installment plans for ppl to purchase thai elite card (i know people will say there is gonna be ppl abusing this if so. Maybe come out with somthing like 3 mths review just like the ED visa. and for those who didnt made their payment the visa would be cancel ?)

You DO NOT need to work in a country to make money while you stay there
MANY PEOPLE make money from the internet
But 90% of this forum is old people that have just learned the term "troll" so they think they are internet wise and can make comments based on a small minority of tourists that abuse the system
here is a new term for you OLD FARTS - its called a DIGITAL NOMAD - it is people that make money from the internet and enjoy traveling around the world. There is no available VISA for someone that makes money on the internet and enjoys Thailand - so either get married (NO THANKS), teach english for 600 dollars a month (NO THANKS) or leave the country

First of all. u said u are running 3 monitors ? at what resolution ?
2nd of all what needs do you have ? games ? casual browse ? video editing ? graphic design ?
you be better of building ur own pc at 2000 dollars u can get a pretty high end pc that can last u years to come.
