Two years ago I built a house in Udon Thani 2500 baht a square meter labor only built by my ex's relo's they have build on and off, fairly reasonable work but you need to be on site all day every day.  

A couple of weeks ago I was on my way at 8.00 am to the Military Hospital in Udon Thani for blood tests crossing a six lane road to get there crossing is a pedestrian controlled with lights always have to be cautious got over to the median strip after oncoming traffic stopped looked to my left at the oncoming traffic O/S and middle lane cars stopped as was a M/B in the middle lane inside lane nothing along comes Mr Big Fat Thai in the middle lane either still asleep or drugged up realized at the last minute traffic is stopped clipped the back of the other M/B and was heading for me I was lucky I was a able to take a backward step put my arms in the air got  hit on the inside of my right elbow big bruise all I got 10 meters  down the road was a sorry gesture my only regret was had there been a car on the inside lane he would have rear ended it then I would have given him the same gesture.  

A very sad cruel practice.

The extra 100 baht you paid was a tip the do not give you change here even with a visa photo they still take your photo you were lucky they did your paper work for you.

This will be my third winter coming up in Udon City  I live in the inner City not bad really usually the worse is early mornings some time over night through the day fine though. for me any way.

Hi all I am moving to CM at the end of this month I have lived in Udon Thani for the past three years on an O-A I need to  do a 90 day report and change of address on 05/10/16 if some one can give what procedures I need to do I would appreciate it very much, don't want to tread on any ones toes on my first visit.

I have just done this although I had a court order the first order was for a thirty day divorce I informed the wicked witch but of course she did not front so I then had to wait for the second letter from the court from settlement every copy has to be in duplicate no witnesses required as they use staff to do that it took about ninety minutes and the cost was 20 baht.

Thanks, good info for me as I am moving from Udon Thani to CM at the end of next month helpful.

They used to do this in Udon Thani to up until just recently but I believe they have now reverted to issuing it straight away.

I did my 90 day report in Udon Thani a week ago no sign of the forms any where in and out in less than five minutes.

I think if you closer at the photo's and the names you might find that one of them maybe a K1-W1 if so he may just join the list for deportation, hope so any way they should all have passports cancelled and banned for life we do do not need sh/t like them here.

After living in Udon Thani for nearly three year I have decided it time for a change of scenery at the moment my two choices are the above subject.

I have been to Pattaya once but it was twelve years ago I know that there have been much progress and many changes and probably another 10000 birds added (female variety)

Whilst I have never been to Kanchanaburi have read a lot about it and it looks ok.

I am now a single guy living here on a retirement visa.

I have used them three times Udon Thani to DM return and would recommend them, newer planes than the rest good service and of course a great price compared with the others.

If you are looking for beer bars Night and Day in Soi Sampan about 6-10 bars plus more smaller ones then around the corner near the night market you Nutty Park plenty of bars also out the main soi.

I have lived in Udon Thani for the past two years suits my life style.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago do not go to sub branches I tried many went to head branch of Bangkok Bank here in Udon Thani all done and dusted in less than 15 minutes.
