Did my extension monday at jomtien, no copy of ID of owner or blue book at my rental location was required, only a copy of the rental agreement.

I recently tried to do the 90 day online reporting with a new passport and departure card and could not get past the 1st page, tho I was successful many times before with my old passport. I then did my 90 day report at jomtien using my old 90 day report bar code and my new passport and departure card details were updated. Hopefuly my next 90 day online report will go through.

How much was the tv box?
