    I don't think that's a good idea ongoing.

There are just 2 sanctions for not reporting 90-days: 2000 thb fine if you come to the office by yourseld to report and 5000 thb if officers will catch you somewhere.

So, if I should pay 2000 it's better to pay next year before next yearly extension in September and skip all 90-days reports until that day.

Why did they refuse your report via post?

They said I have missed the "report window".

Why would you be able to report now after missing 2 or 3 reports be able to avoid a fine.

I just read "Amnesty" in the topic and thought maybe now can report without fine.

Have 2000baht in your pocket and go to immigration.

I got my yearly extension of stay last September so I think there is no reason I should go there, pay money and report again every 90 days.

It's better to wait next year and report before next extension. ????

    Thank you for the translation.

    What does it mean?

I have not reported my 90-days since April 2021 when they refused to approve my report by the post and asked me to come to the office to pay 2000 thb fine.

Can I report now without paying fine? ????

Why not do it online or mail it in? I've never submitted a 90 day report in person.

I've tried submit it online but noticed one thing: after your trip outside Thailand you can't use online service for report your 90-days - system says something like "Please contact IO".

I suppose the system doesn't have arrival card number in it to complete the process online.

So, I always had to do my first 90-days report in person at CW after trip abroad. ????

  5. Next week I have to go to CW to do my 90 days report.

Have no TM-30 cause my room owner can't receive login/password online (looks like she doesn't want to deal with immigration).

My idea to avoid 800฿ fine is to check-in to some hotel before visiting CW IO.

Should I ask the hotel to print out TM-30?

And what address should I report in TM-47 if I'll have TM-30 from the hotel? ????

    Thx.

You need to leave on or before May 1st.

BTW my friend asked his friend about my situation and he told me I can stay until my extension date.

He told me the Immigration Office will never know about my work permit cancelled or not, so I can stay under my extension.

Is there any risk of going this way?

  7. Uber takes 25% comission from its drivers from the cost of every trip.

It is a crazy deal for the drivers but local people dont think about this kind of things.

I even used to ride on premium cars cost more than 1 million baht (like Camry, Fortuner) for the trip price of peanuts (around 40-50 THB).

Finally, they use their cars as a "slave car" without any profit.

Big profit goes to IT-owners only.
