Reckon a few more hours of training would help reduce the carnage of the Thailand roads!!! Good systems throughout the world prove this - for example in some Australian states one needs a learners permit before they can even apply for a licence. Once you pass this test and hold the permit for the required period of time those under the age of 21, have to complete and record in alearner log booka minimum of120 hours of supervised driving, including at least 10 hours at night (unless an exemption has been granted).
Then you need to pass the practical & theory testing!!
