And…a stunning 119% of people wanted a PM who is a recovering general, has lots of fancy uniforms, writes his own songs, is a certified aerobics instructor, no gray hair, can control the weather, punches journalists in the nose, is a toxic narcissist, a compulsive liar and has little or no impulse control. Formidable criteria to be sure....but the search is on....
Don't forget that he should have lots of expensive watches....

Personally, I would have opted for an EU country for the endless possibilities and opportunities. Both Australia and USA are geographically isolated if/when one feels the need for a change. Breakfast in Ireland, lunch in Austria, dinner in Greece.
And an after-dinner assassination by one of the many unsocialized (uncivilized?) Muslims in the various countries.

If you rent a car in Udon Thani, don't miss the Red Lotus Sea. It's really a day trip starting in the morning when the lake is covered with crimson-blooming lotus flowers. Rent a boat and sail through the flowers to the various other attractions on the lake, including a floating bar/restaurant and a wat. Lots of people live on boats on the lake, so there's sort of a floating village.

Unless you are dying from an incurable illness, it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. There are treatments for depression, even bad cases of PTSD.
RIP, kid. Too bad.

The only zoning needed is to exclude vehicular traffic from the street. Perhaps the barriers could include signs extolling the delights beyond--I mean, warning parents about exposing their kids to ancient human occupations (LBs maybe not so ancient).

I'm still going strong at 72, thanks to modern medicine that replaced a couple of shoulders and straightened my back, and work in a physically demanding career. Since I can't do 3 a day any more, I've decided to settle down. My plan for old(er) age: I searched and found a sweet Filipina half my age who wants to be a nurse. I have almost no family left, no kids (that I know of) or ex-wives. Helping her raise her two young daughters will give me additional purpose in life, although relationships with them are slow to develop. I'm starting a new career that I can do from the Philippines when I move there in a year (if I can find a good internet connection). Since my parents were pretty healthy until they died at 89 and 93, I'm hoping to enjoy life with my new family for a while. And I can impart the wisdom I've accumulated through many mistakes. If I can remember it :)
But others aren't so lucky, unfortunately. And some of my friends are dying off.

They should accept them all and start a whole new regiment. They could call them the Battling Bitches of Bangkok, and they could be one of the fiercest brigades in the army.
The pickpocket brigade. They would cuddle up, then relieve the enemy soldiers of all that stuff they carry strapped to them including their weapons.

As a general contractor in Los Angeles, I agree with bankruatsteve about pricing per sq. m. A contractor will fit whatever works into that number, but you might not get the quality you wanted or expected. Best to have detailed contracts for each separate specialty if possible.

Usually when you have a roof collapse with a waterfall, it's because the drainage provisions haven't been maintained. The water accumulates since it can't go where it was designed to discharge. Water is heavy, and roofs are designed for only so much load. When the weight of water exceeded the design capacity of the roof, voila!
