Intelligence it might be something different from Thai called experts !!! Thai experts are starting construction for 900 Km new railway from Khon Kaen to Bangkok in September 2015 without planning or design or EIA and it means they will start now from  900 KM 3 500 meter in 2017 and will finish that ( Ital Thai ) in 2025. The total when Thai will build the  900 Km we can travel than  to Khon Kaen in 2099.

And after 1 week they need to close the whole stretch for repairing. Looks like to receive a certificate for an engineer your papa must have money. Maybe the same for the irrigation clowns.

800 meters and 5 years. 800 directors for this project should go for 5 years to a high security prison that they can not built another 5 Kilometer tunnel for 27 years.

We should keep this Government in power. They are so powerful that they could reduce  the new railway from Khon Kaen and 900 KM to 3 500 m in 2016. In 2017 we will see a further reduction to 350 meter. That's a powerful progress step in the right direction for the economy.

I don't believe in this flooding. We have a government and 44. How can be somewhere flooding when Mr. Prayut say no flooding, everything is under control !!!

Don't be worried about the future monsoons. 44 will tackle all problems and finally the water will run reverse along the Chao Praya to China because in Bangkok a big General is waiting for the water and punish them.

Yes correct to feed the 5 committees is a great achievement and a lot of people will benefit from this budgets. Only the road traffic situation will get worse.

Perhaps as a newbie you didn't realise that even if you don't bother to read the report properly (or choose to ignore what was actually reported) you leave yourself open for some well-deserved flack.  The suspected reason for the condo flood was given and it was nothing to do with Thai engineering at the condo.

Yes indeed the monsoon and the rain have caused the flooding. You are right it has nothing to do with Thai engineering. Thai engineering is world class, at least when it comes to flooding, again the monsoon this terrible natural disaster.

Great Thai Engineers. High rise condos all around Bangkok. But look the Thai engineering drainage. Less engineering than in a children playground. And if you offer hem some assistance for free they are getting angry.

Ok, Bangkok is not the only city with to many cars and not enough roads. However, 5 new committees are not the solution for the traffic problems. I am offering my experience for free for the Municipality and police and whoever as an expert for traffic solutions. I need only some documentation about the biggest traffic accidents and than step be step to find solutions to reduce the traffic problems, not for Bangkok ( that's not possible ) but step by step for the most urgent problems. I must see and observe the present situation and than to look for a solution to ease the traffic.
