I'm looking to transfer around 1000 pounds from my UK Santander account to my Bangkok Bank account. Given the fact 1k is a lot less than the amounts quoted earlier on in this thread, is the best way to transfer sending in pound sterling or in Thai baht? Not sure whether the lower tt daily buying rate in Bangkok will outweigh the extra 5 pounds transfer fee and the 0.25% fee charged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
