Most definately any tourist farangs who get involved in drunken street fights/illicit activities - should be arrested and deported within 48 hours.
A Thai national cheating/asking for a bribe should be immediately arrested (there would be no more taxis/officials at the counters in certain administrative departments within a day, if this was enforced).
Police law must be abolished mainly during road accidents where actually the farang is systematically the culprit (obviously some would come up with the opposite, but often this is how things tend to happen unfortunately). Policing exists to enforce the law and not to make new laws.
Farangs should be allowed to purchase their land if it's for 1 house for personnal use. The leasehold shit needs to be more fair to farangs.
Dual pricing made illegal.
Stop the 60-90 day reporting harassment - either you give a full stay multiple entry visa, retirement or whatsoever or not...but this order to report makes the whole thing annoying and shows a certain despicable attitude of thai society towards foreigners, whose money is nevertheless fully accepted.
Make a more severe physical selection of hookers in clubs (just kidding!)
Stop the obligation to always carry your passport.
Make a proper ID card for farangs living in Thailand with long stay visas and make it a smooth process to obtain, with no tea money to be distributed.
And many more that come to mind that often make a farang feel that he is just tolerated in Thai society with absolutely no rights apart from the right to leave all his money in Thailand.
All this pushes you just to rent and never to purchase property in Thailand as one day you will just get fed up and leave if attitudes do not change. Pity, because Thailand is an amazing country with amazing and great people in wrong places!

A few boys in brown will soon be knocking at someone's door, if not already done...

Just do not rent anymore as you can never know who is the cheat and who is honest. Vehicle renters are often mafia operated scams (not all obviously) but it is impossible to make out who is what? - I stopped renting my bikes and bought a scooter. I stopped the useless arguments with taxi drivers/tuk tuk's refusing to turn on the meter by using UBER or public transport when available.
Carry enough supply of 100B notes. Yes, it would make your pocket bulky but when you are in a country where a farang is often just a commodity to ripoff and not considered a human being, you must use extra precaution and common sense. (of course this is not a generality).
If making a purchase for your home or condo, and if you don't have a thai girl by your side, just hire a girl/translator. I once used my maid to get a price quote for furniture in BKK and the price was 50%!!....yes guys 50% less then what was given to me, the stupid farang "full of money" as they think.
Obviously, many will never encounter any problem of the sort...all the better for you guys!...but for those having a sort of a ripoff karma (like myself .-))) - these few tips could help!
Enjoy Thailand as it is an amazing place with lot's of amazing people...

Only if possible, but for holiday, best to avoid travelling to either the USA or Australia as they have law and policy makers who are almost as crazy as some in Thailand!

That's why UBER is such a sucess, when one sees what type of criminals drive the regular taxi meter cars in Bangkok...if the authorities do not take action, people will start to go elswhere to spend their money on holiday as the bangkok taxi ripoffs against farangs is getting a bit to far...

Do the taxis at DM Aiport turn on the meter or are they the usual thai thieves that argue to turn on the meter and try to rob farang passengers as it unfortunately happens to often from Suvarnabhumi airport? As I always now use Uber, whether in lovelly Thailand or abroad, was wondering if things were better from DM Airport?
