Hi all,
could somebody please confirm that is possible to exit Myanmar via Htee Khee on an evisa.
I want to cross the border in this point as I'm going to Kanchanaburi.
I know that to enter Myanmar via Htee Khee you will need to have a Myanmar Visa from the Bangkok embassy beforehand, as this border is not open yet for eVisa, but I'm not sure if can exit from Myanmar on an eVisa.
thanks in advance for your help

He was correct regarding the separate accounts, but still not correct about the dependancy part. Did you ask for a supervisor?
he was the high level supervisor, the Boss...

Perhaps show them this page on the immigration website. https://www.immigration.go.th/content/service_20
A extension based upon retirement is clause 2.22.
yes, I showed him the page and he said no, then I showed him the bankbook of adjoining account with 1.600.000 and he said no, separate accounts. He doesn't like farangs. At last we have to have separate extensions.
You know better than nobody that there's no fixed rules, is always a lottery.

You should have asked for a supervisor that time at CW, because the IO was wrong. The dependancy option is still officially available.
same happened to me in Trat and the supervisor said "no way both need 800.000"

Your wife can get an extension for being a member of you family based upon you having an extension for retirement. No financial proof is needed.
She will need a non-o visa issued by an embassy or consulate.
they cannot get the non- o visa in Thailand at the same time as spouse dependant? How she can get the non-o visa at the embassy or consulate if the husband /wife don't have one?

Hi everybody,
I have a retirement extension and a re entry permit valid thru next October. I plan to go to my home country and get a new OA visa and come back to Thailand middle September.
Question is will I be granted until the old re entry permit expires or will I get one year from the new OA visa?
thanks -
Me and my wife have had O-A visa, before the first extension the IO when we entry to Thailand always stamp our passports "NON-OA", after the first extension the IO always stamp "NON-RE",

If it has been there for 3 months you should not have a problem with the amount of time you will have.
I was mostly concerned if you were using the income option due to some embassies no longer doing them after the first of the year.
yes, not my case but I'm not sure what my home country's embassy (Spain)will do with the income option affidavit.
thanks ujoe..

They will stamp into the country using your re-entry permit to January 23rd.
If they stamped you in for 30 days your extension would then be invalid and you would have to start all over again by getting new non-o visa.
You should have plenty of time to apply for your extension if you entered on the 7th.
What financial proof are you using for your extension
I use to have the seasoned money in my thai account (800.000 THB)

Hi,
short question: I have a retirement extension of stay and a re-entry permit valid thru 23/01/2019.
I'm out of Thailand now and will be back the 07/01/2019.
question is when I come back the IO will give me one month stay or just the days left till my due date??
do you think will be a problem for renew my anual extension in time??
thanks

nothing to do with the Spanish embassy.
the only way is once you are back in Spain, apply for an invitation letter

Check out the Honda driving school on Seri Thai

I did my tests there for motorcycle and all I had to do was take the paper work to DLT and get my licence.
I'm sure they do cars as well.
Could you give me more information about the course?
- English for farangs or just thai
- Duration
- price
- have to book in advance
thanks for your help
