Okay, So apple just released a new apple watch series 3. However they do not support LTE for Thailand yet. But the Series 3 GPS w/o LTE is available to buy.
Should I buy it? Or keep waiting till Thai Networks will support LTE on watch?
Do you think they will support it?

Hi. I am an undergrad in computer engineering studying in Thammasat. As I am mainly focused in the area of Radio Frequencies, I would love to have the testing Hack RF one by greatscott for my research.
However, it can also be used as a hacking device. I checked Aliexpress and they ship to Thailand. When I checked the comments I found out that some people in Thailand has already bought it.
Will I get in trouble if I order one? Will the post man bring it home or do I have to go and pick up?
