If you have to pay tax on your pension in 2024, the marriage extension will be much more convenient. There is a big difference between 400000 thb or 800000 thb

Question
Excuse my English a little rough.
I would like to ask a question because I had no answer in other German-speaking forums.
I have an extension to stay for a retirement valid 1 year, done with a Non O visa, with Tm7 and re-entry Tm8, expires 20.1.2020.
Now I'm in Europe for various reasons. I will return to Thailand on 5.12.19 for a few months. And I will renew the extension of stay with Tm7.
Will I have problems checking in with my return ticket on 20.20.2020? Do I need to purchase an exit ticket before 20.1.2020?
Thanks and regards Marcel

I have a question about it. if I transfer money to my wife to her account in Thailand as a gift, up to 20 mio. ฿ there are no taxes to pay. Once they arrived in my wife's account, she promptly paid them to my account in Thailand (local transfer). Then I should be exempt from taxes.
