Very clever, Timebandit. Do you mind telling me who you used?
Best investment I ever had. Follow up test will be after 12 shots or so. So tell them you'll be back this afternoon. Ha

Thanks, Sheryl. Do you happen to have any links to the reviews of Jimmy Kongcharoen, M.D.?

I am looking for a top-quality provider of vasectomies in Pattaya. Given that my privates are involved, price is not an issue. I want someone who can do a no scalpel vasectomy (said to heal faster) and who will do two follow-ups to ensure the operation was successful, i.e., that sperm are no longer in the semen.
Also, any excellent providers of vasectomies in Bangkok?
On a personal note, I am 68 years old in excellent health. Is this safe for a guy my age? I see a lot of men in their 70s hanging out with their toddlers, and that's not my thing.

Yes, Sheryl, it appears I need more clarity on my particular situation. Thanks again for your detailed replies.

Hi Sheryl. Thanks for your detailed reply. I checked my records. They state that I received PCV23 a year ago. I suppose this is the same as the PPSV23 that you mention. According to what I read on the internet, one shot is usually sufficient, but some folks believe two shots provide more protection, apparently my former provider among them.
Swiss1960, I take it you are *not* referring to the main Bangkok Pattaya Hospital, but to a smaller clinic south of there. I can't find it on Google Maps. Could you provide a Google Maps link?
Thanks to both of you.

I live in Pattaya and I'm in need of a pneumonia booster shot (had the initial shot in the US 1 year ago). I received the following quote from Pattaya International Hospital:
Pneumococcal vaccine – 4,500 THB
Doctor fee and hospital service charge up to 1,200 THB
This seems sky high to me, especially the doctor fee as I expect a nurse will simply stick a needle into me--total time about 1 minute.
Does anyone know where I can get low cost, clean, safe vaccinations in or near Pattaya? Thanks.

I placed an order twice, recently, with Lazada, for a mobile phone, and both times they cancelled the order. Evidently they don't want my money, and after this experience I don't want to give them my money. They seem to be utterly incompetent.

I'm in Thailand on a 1 year O-A retirement visa, which I'll probably renew in 2018. I'd like to consult a tax professional about filing the Thai income tax return, and also about tax planning. Can anyone recommend one or more tax professionals who deal with individuals (not just with businesses), who are competent, have decent written and spoken English, and are reasonably priced?
TM30, keep in passport?

My estate agent just got me a stamped TM30 form and advised me to keep it in my passport. There is no statement on the form to the effect that it must be kept in the passport. Does anyone know if this is a requirement?
