I agree, the fees of BJJ gyms have priced me out of the market. I've trained in other cities for a lot more affordable prices. I guess a lot of the cost is in rent for the property in Bangkok.

A lot of the Soi dogs have been moved from my area, which is great.

However, the most aggressive dogs are those with collars that roam around attacking people. I have 2 young kids and feel genuinely afraid for their safety.

Does anyone know how I can find out who my BMA or Khet Officer is and how I can contact them?

Fortune Town mall next to Tesco Lotus has a good selection of new and used hi-fi shops. First or second floor at the “hotel end” of the mall. Good selection of vinyl also.
Pantip Plaza, nearly opposite The Mall on Ngam Won Wam, fourth floor, has a second hand area for hi-fi stalls. Enjoy

I'm looking to set up a hifi system - turntable, pre amp, amp & speakers in Bangkok.

I wonder if anyone can recommend a good mid-range shop or used electronics shop where I can build up a system.

Any info would be really helpful.
