Are you genuinely missing post #2 or just acting dumb.

That contributor has used it 3 times.

Yes, he is. Perhaps post #2 got deleted? What is now #2 does no answer anything.

You could you simply answer the question instead of giving dumb ass comments?

Obviously the question is not only "if someone has" but: "how did you do it", "did it work out well for you"? So: we know someone did. But neither his answer nor your stupid comments make any sense at all. So: how to do a TM30.io on the TM30.io web site? Is it safe? Is it not? Thank you for sobering up and giving a clear answer - in the hope you can.

Sorry, That is nonsense here in Thailand. Take a trip down Bang Na Trad road sometime, you U-turn from 'fast' lane to 'fast' lane on a three lane per side dual carriageway. I have seen so much white paint at these U-Turns that I thought of opening a paint shop!

every U-turn is from fast lane to fast lane, what has that to do with Thailand? Blame the Americans who invented that <deleted>.

Your post overlooks the fact that "truth" is irrelevant in the Thai law on defamation. The only thing considered is whether the "defamed" party suffered a loss. This is the critical difference between defamation laws of other countries and the Thai version. If truth is not a defense, where is the justice???

No it is not. Seriously, get a clue or you soon get a defamation law suit, too. Because a comment like yours here: is defamation. Because: it is a lie, it is wrong.

Nope it was a bad review...

Absolutely does not matter who is wrong, if you run a business in hospitality industry (might want to look that up!!) then you are going to have to deal with unhappy punters, par for the course....

How you as a business deals with this is really important but I reckon getting your customers jailed for 4, I say again 4!!!! online reviews well I really think that's a <deleted> poor management plan and tbh a bit <deleted>...

He would have faced similar punishment in the USA or Germany. Defamation is not a joke. Sorry, if you see that different than good luck with your further "reviews".

No idea what that has to do with "hospitality" - if it had been my business I had sued him sure my self as well.

Some things you can shake of and just shake your head and forget, some thing cross the line. He crossed the line pretty badly.

Nobody own the woods? You can freely pick the berries as you want?

I ask just out of curiosity, as i don't really know how this business works

but it sounds very strange for me that Thais come that far to do it in the cold

and more than strange than the Thai governement asks to the ''employers'' to pay

for all the quarantaine bills after the work is done and the thais are back in Thailand

who are exactly these ''employers'' ?

Edit i have just seen your post, so it's a Dutch company, employing Thai people

to pick berries in the woods of Swedish and Finland, asked now by the thai govermement

to pay the quarantine bill for all the thai workers? Interesting...

In most European countries, the majourity of the woods are owned by the state. And "farming companies" can license the right to harvest. Private persons are free to harvest e.g. mushrooms for personal use or small scale business. Ofc a farmer who owns woods, will probably delegate berry picking to such a company, too.

Important however is: if they are hired by a company, the company pays the minimum wage. Only "bonus" payment by kg, can exceed that.

And: in summer Scandinavia is anything but cold ... or do you think they pick frozen berries?

    Total BS.

"The current Thai canal proposal, known as the 9A route, would involve two parallel channels—each 30 meters deep, 180 meters wide, and running 75 miles at sea level from Songkhla on the Gulf of Thailand to Krabi in the Andaman Sea."

Please clarify why it is more difficult that the Panama canal which did not use "small nuclear detonations" (they hadn't been invented then I know)

Ofc, nukes are not needed. However Russia used some in similar construction projects. And keep in mind, the Panama Chanel Project costed 5600 lives. Mostly to diseases, though.

Yes,but why then do Malaysia and Singapore have over twice as many cases as Thailand? Both have lower populations than Thailand and I believe far fewer foreign visitors. It doesn't add up. Hence, I question the notion that the climate is making this much difference. I believe that Thailand is under reporting, either intentionally or because they have not been able to the testing required to get it right.

As for the "wai" hypothesis, they sure seem to share a lot of glasses and cigarettes... Handshakes are not the only form of intimate social contact.

    Sharing glasses? Never seen that.

Singapore is a business and tourist center, and a hub for plane travel, many routes take a stop there. On top of that the city is a perfect breeding ground like BKK or Hongkong or well ... the two cities in China where it originated.

Countrywide proactive preventative measures is a foreign language to these face-saving ministerial reactionaries. God help us all.

It actually is not. In my small village once or twice a month nurses come with motorbike and make blood pressure tests and take temperature or check blood sugar. Thailand is in many things much more proactive than "western countries" ... however the current government seems not to be adequate capable for a crisis like this.

Why is it that in Thailand the poor need billionaires to fight for democracy - or at least what those billionaires call democracy?

And if one of those billionaires fails because he enriched himself but didn't do much for the people then another billionaire is ready to take over. Democracy - Thai billionaire style. Amazing Thailand!

Same as in USA I think. The only "democracy" on the planet is Switzerland, the rest is fake and compromises. Americans don't grasp that a retarded voting system and a two party system is in no way better than a single party system in China.

Democracy is about voting over topics!!! Not about parties or presidents.

Do you want to get rid of nuclear power? YES/NO. Simple. Then you might have two or three plans for the exit and a second vote about the HOW. And perhaps then you can vote for people and vote: WHO will be responsible for the conduct. That is actually my favourite principle.

Voting for people for president or chancelor only means they are completely unaccountable for what they are doing, and they only need to to 51% of what you agree with and you grumpily will vote for them again because the other 49% perhaps where not that bad.

Democracy means: if there are 5 important things to think/decide about: there are 5 votes. Not one vote for an idiot who looks good on TV and then can decide how he tackles the 5 things and most of the time lying how he wants to tackle them to get the votes in the first place.

If someone comes at you with a knife, you defend yourself with your head? Personally, I would use my hands, and since the woman is the one with the hand injuries, she definitely seems to be the one who defended herself. How would you receive damage to your hands if you're holding the knife?

And how would you get knife damage to your head if you are trying to attack one with a knife?

The lady was simply incompetent, you easy cut yourself if you attack something that is *hard* - aka a skull - and slip with your fingers.
