To make a more considered comment you would need to know more as to the circumstances and cause of most of the Deaths - Alcohol related, Collision with cars. Not wearing helmets.
I think Thailand could use dedicated bus/bike lanes separating Bikes from cars/trucks It does not need to be a physical separation. just road line marking would help -

I would, however, add the people at the test centre who give out licenses for as little as 1000 Baht
How much was your Thai licence?

Do you live in Thailand????
Yes I have already answered that. Bangkok. Ride my scooter every day. A shared bike/bus lane would be great. The problem is the cars and trucks not the motorcyclists. Shared lanes work well in Australia and other countries. Would work well here even more so.

Then you must realise that nothing will change
With that attitude of course not. But common sense says that providing a space for Motorcyclist to travel separate from Trucks and Cars would have to be a positive. It is one of many things that should be considered. Shared Bus lanes are common in Australia and other Western countries. It works

They would have to be physically separated with barriers.....is that what you intended?
No I think they just need good road marking. Public Transport could use the bike lane also. Better then the mish mash of Bikes weaving through car traffic.

Can you get Sputnik V? Will they issue an online Vaccination Certificate?

Google Maps. Down load the local map and it does not need the internet. You can SMS it

They would have to be too narrow for cars to enter and separated from traffic by something akin Trump's magnificent wall.
The design depends on what roads. In most cases it would be just allocating a priority lane.

Suggest you audition for comedy hour, you're a sure winner.
Dedicated segregated lanes already exist in some places - to be used and shared by every man and his dog, bikes, cars, trucks, tuk tuks, samlors etc
well obviously they do not exist. A dedicated bike lane would clearly help. In Australia they are rolling out dedicated bicycle lanes. I would agree they do not help, But given in Thailand motorcycles and scooters are a predominate form of commuter transport ,segmentation better line marking would help.

Would not make any difference what's so ever.
Of course it would. Maybe you do not ride. Dedicated priority bike lanes would allow cars and bikes to be segmeneted.
I am looking forward to Tesla testing its Self drive vehicles in Bangkok.- 2

The Thai authorities can and should consider establishing dedicated bike lanes for scooters and bikes (Buses allowed) , Dispatch boxes at controlled intersections,This would make it so much more safer to travel on the road. Better road line marking that allows for lane filtering.

...and the answer was?
We replaced the CDI an it appears to be working more reliably. I read tat dry solder joints is an common fault You can heat the CDI box with a heat gun and this can fix intermittent problems. If the fault come back I will post and update Thanks all for your advice and comments. I am pleased it was not the stator

Should read could be CDI problem? How can I test?
We will buy a new one as I read that the CDI can have a soldering connection problem. Sometimes heating it with a heat gun helps. This could be the cause of the intermittent loss of spark. I hope it is not the stator. But that is next on our list. Will do a wiring check again to make sure. but all looks good in the wiring front.
Thanks in advance -

Is there a run/kill switch on the handlebars?
It is not the Kickstand or Kill Switch.
The Starter motor turns over
It (the problem) is intermittent. Some times it works and other times it does not. Starter motor kicks over - No Spark.
We are gong to replace the CDI. A bad connection in the CDI can cause this fault. Other possible cause we think could be the stator We will run a multi meter over it
Thanks

I would be interested. How much is a scooter.

Hi. brother-in-law has a Honda Click 2012 and it is not starting
Starter motor works. There is no spark
We took the spark plug, spark plug lead and coil and tested it on another bike and spark is good and strong.
Could CPU be problem? how can we test? Do not have a spare one to replace and test. New one costs 700THB

Most Amphoes will want a certified copy from a embassy.
There is no difference A notorary is just certifying the copy is the same as the original You show the original and copy and they certify it. I have had no problems with a notorised copy. That is what they are for, Go and ask them. OK I do not do Thai visas.

does not need to be a hospital A Clinic can do it. They could contract VFS Global to oversee the roll out or the host of Medical pannelists that are already regstered with the Embassies and provide health check for visa applicants.
