Airbnb are more concerned about hosts than guests,
That is completely false. As an Airbnb host with over 6 properties in the past I can assure you that guests get away with murder and the host is always on the hook. There must be more to your story than what you lead on. I would compare guests on Airbnb to having as much power as customers on Amazon.

There has been no mention of immigration problems nor the bahts rate. But these folks are tourists, not expats pretending to be a tourist.
The CAD is so low and the Baht is too high. I wouldn't expect them to come for much longer. Texas, Mexico etc are only 4-5 hours away, $500 flight and getting cheaper than Thailand.

Immigration is doing these guys a favour. Most are suffering from Thai addict syndrome, they need to get on the road and find nicer places and hospitable people. They won't be disappointed. Think it as a blessing.
Like where?

I am looking for Honda Civics also. 2010-2014 are decent. I still cannot believe how much they retain their value here though it's crazy.

For sellng on FBA etc, I guess a sole proprietorship business would be the best way to go? My Mrs. will be registering a Thai company and I was weighing the options for her on which was the best route to take. Cheers.

Hey there gents.
I introduced my Mrs. to the world of e-commerce and she is starting her own little venture, importing and selling products online. I am trying to figure out the best kind of business for her to register. I was thinking a sole ownership, but I was curious how it works if it's all online and the income is made abroad. It is Amazon she is selling on and you do need to enter a business number on your account in order to proceed. Anyone have any experience with this type of non-brick and mortar business setting up? Also, how are the tax rates for personal income taxes?
I have read a good thread about this here but it is dated 2009 so I was sure there was some new rules or info out there.
Thanks.
