We planning this also. But I’m Slovak citizen living now for 4 years here. Still not have resident card..  I don’t know if this can help us if i marry her. If make first weeding in Thailand then use the papers here for visa. Or Try to do in my Country Slovakia. I would like to figure it out. I just trying to find solution for this. Hello guys. I would like to ask and get some help with it. The Uk visa for my Thai girlfriend been refused. I made letter and been like a sponsor for her trip here for almost two weeks (10days) The thing is she also put her statement and put her income from her store and proof of her work. They tell us in the paper that she not come true because they not see clearly her income and the numbers are not correct... couple other things like every month she have different income. That time she have around 55K thb on account and also they said not enough... Actually i been sponsor for her so... make me not understand because we apply for the first time and I am sponsor where on my statement is Really more than they can expect for 10 days trip... I would like to ask this way... if we apply again and i have no idea how to sort this... if we out that she not work. Just put statement with balance if they can refuse us again...? Really i have no idea how can we sort this because they see first application not pass because of that incoming money from work... and if we put after one and half month she Have not job if this can works...?

Hey everyone. I would like to know one thing about extension. We made application on visas for 1 month and She already have them. We filled on visa4uk that she will be applying for 30 days, ticket we have same with return 30 days. In passport she have visa for 6 months. My question is... If she will be want stay longer than 1 month... maybe 2 or 3 months... can happen some problem? Or how we can do it? I need made extension even for insurance? Or some report? Coz some people told me it shouldn’t be problem because they are active 6 months. I want make sure.

I’m sorry if i sounds amateurish but it’s for us first time and i would like to know what can happen or how we can do correctly.
