The best thing you can do is to get two German shepherd dogs and train them. They will offer the best protection
Be careful with that though. It's quite common here in Mae Sot for would be robbers to throw poisoned food to the dogs to kill them while casing out your place.
Also very common in the Philippines

Interesting! Never heard of that.
Thought it was 100% rejection of extension and given 7 days to get out of dodge. Never read account of what you describe.
That's what immigration told me in Mae Sot. And it made sense actually. Otherwise people would use it for an extra week everytime. That's what the lady explained,
She could be incorrect though

Didn't learn about that "7 days to leave the country after rejection" loophole until reading Thaivisa today.
It's not a guarantee. It's just to allow you enough time to leave.
If you apply for an extension with say 3 days remaining on your current visa and they deny the extension, you might receive no extra days at all. If immigration deems 3 days is long enough to exit the country etc.

has anyone ever noticed any real change after taking multi vitamins? i know i haven't
I think if you are severally deficient in something you'd notice. Say iron for example.
But you can really get alot of what you need if you meal prep and eat reasonably well. I've only ever suplimented with b12 shots and the odd cycle of creatine.

You talk like someone who hasn't had a good meal in months. Vitamins are plentiful in fruits, vegetables, milk, ..., just look up any nutrition guide.
Restaurants don't wring out vitamins from their ingredients and sell them elsewhere. They are all there maybe a bit stale or overcooked.
Now you are pulling our legs. Have you heard of a non-profit farm?
Hmm.
Hey, birdbrain, iHerb is a privately owned company making $500 million a year. Them's in it for the money too.
Like pdtokyo says, vitamin supplements are a waste of money. But it's like going to the temple. Do bad stuff, don't exercise and then make merit, take a couple of supplements and all's good.
Summed it all up perfectly

I've only worn one of these masks once, while getting stitched up in phuket over my eye. it was more because the doctor at the event was drunk and spitting on face as he tried to carry on a conversation.

Pity Thai people in general do what they are told when it comes to social media especially when threatened with arrest and jail
You're aware of what's happened to many that have spoken out about various issues in the past right?
Hint, not arrest nor jail

The reality is, it's messed up and not funny. But on the other hand, these comments are gold so please keep them coming

My missus cannot even understand the concept of time zones...
I said if it's daytime/daylight here it must be nighttime/dark on the other side of the world..
she asked why?Last time I returned to Canada my training partners would call me at all hours of the night as it's eastern time where I'm from. They didn't believe me when I said that it was the middle of the night. When I went outside to show them they thought I was playing a trick on them somehow.
To this day I still don't understand haha.

Vietnam will take 5 years experience in place of a bachelors degree. Most government schools are going to require one in Thailand though. Especially these days.
It's getting tougher and tougher each day

Everyone knows that when you roll down your window at a checkpoint you start blabbering in English as quickly as you are capable of doing.
They will immediately look uncomfortable and wave you through everytime.

It's sat around 160 for the last week in Mae Sot and it's 117 today so I suppose that's an improvement.

Question for you fine gentlemen,
Ive had quite a few people from Canada and the states contacting me about how it is here with Coronavirus. Because it's slow season now many come for boxing from the west because it's cheaper.
I can't give a responsibile answer as I'm not married with kids etc, but would you guys be postponing holiday plans here if you WEREN'T already here? Or is it business as usual? Several of these people would be coming with younger children and their families.
Thoughts? Concerns?
