Cameroon is a bilingual country where French and English is widely spoken. Your version of wiki is misleading you. Have been there.

Most Tourist visit Thailand because of cheap prostitute. And the majority of those doing prostitution are the Thais. Deporting a Ugandan and leaving the rest is just being racist. Shame to the Thai authorities.
