Many years ago, a good Thai friend said, 'The worst thing to come to Thailand are plastic bags.' As a photographer who has travelled throughout SE Asia since 1973, I agree with him. Sadly, it's hard to change old habits.

Basically a crappy online magazine which provides no basis for its findings. You can't even read the full table as the ads take up too much space! Their list from 2017 was probably written by someone else and looks totally different!

 

I wonder if the writer has ever visited a Thai public hospital?

Well, I had a great experience recently when my appendix erupted. Mind you, there were a few humorous, and not so humorous moments, whilst I waited to be operated on. As an author, I might include those anecdotes in a future book. But, all jokes aside, i was well cared for.
