i'd say thaivisa makes me ever so positive about staying long term in neighboring countrys . i'd thought of visiting for a month but then after reading thaivisa for a couple of days thought why risk it. maybe next year i'll come over and withdraw a big whack from my thai savings accounts again. yep this junta sure know how to run a country

that sticky stuff they wrap around a stick to catch flies also catches geckos. i find that sad as it messes up their climbing feet
more geckos/jinjocks/tokays the better as far as i am concerned. never had the diarrhea on the walls. big ones tokays dont come inside, ok have seen one inside behind a picture in the hotel entrance hall. didnt last long the staff got to it after they saw me looking at it. they are worth money. small ones only <deleted> little insignificant bricks

Last week we had one in the bathroom with diarrhea, it was all over the wall.....he was sitting on the shampoo bottle and got wet when i showered..but it was so sick it couldn't even climb the wall anymore.
We also have them in the sliding doors, sometimes a crushed jinjok falls down when we open the door. They
geckos cant climb with wet feet/ wet wall

i would have though the solution was obvious, only one thing needs to be done, weed out the extensive corruption in the emmigration department and the problem would fix itself soon after
the only ones who are willing to go there now are those who are willing to be subjected to random kidnapping and extortion by the emmigration department

how many times do you need to be told! dont under any circumstances fly directly into thailand if you have any sort of history
fly into nearby countries and cross a land border, better still get the tgf to come to the neighboring country instead
here are the prices to nearby countries search the list https://www.skyscanner.com/transport/flights-from/fran/191019/?adults=1&children=0&adultsv2=1&childrenv2=&infants=0&cabinclass=economy&rtn=0&preferdirects=false&outboundaltsenabled=false&inboundaltsenabled=false&ref=home

Free calls for assistance as Hagibis hits Japan
Oct 12. 2019The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission and telecom operators AIS, True and Dtac have joined up to offer assistance to those affected by typhoon Hagibis,..Customers with roaming and who need emergency support can contact the Royal Thai embassy in Tokyo, the Thai consular call centre or the operators’ call centres free of charge around the clock. The free calls are available on AIS from now through October 15, and on True and Dtac through October 14.so the Japanese telephone networks will be down and unusable for about three days huh?

My guess would be the new rule is for dormant companies, in other words companies that were used to circumvent ownership rules.
For active companies with land most likely no changes.
thanks for that. perhaps you could give me your guess on my chances of passing the pearly gates into heaven ????

something else that you might find interesting. note the wording at the end. also note only 2 trains a week leave poi pet . you arent going to make it across the border in time so plan on at least one night in poipet to then leave the next morning. oh and you might want to get independant confirmation that there actually will be a train as it has an iffy record

judging by the numerous offers to carry your stuff across the border from various hangers, that part shouldnt be a problem at poipet
this day and age its all done by shipping container so why not try that.
ps: contrary to popular belief they have huge amounts of "stuff" in phnom penh

look more closely at the receipt. pull out your calculator and you will find that the subtotal under the prices isnt actually the subtotal of the prices , it is a 10% reduction of the total price further down. so unless something has changed recently they are in fact charging you shelf price, that said most of my shelf price purchases have been raised 10% since my last visit
