Russian ruble used to cost 1:1 to baht, but  since a few years ago ruble has been more than 2 times cheaper. That's more than 51% or 70% you're talking about.

The simple fact is that British and other Europeans who are so-called "rich" have been scared away by strong baht. That's 10% increase of the value of baht. How rich are they really? If even russians and indians keep coming in numbers. And even in more numbers ????
