    I'm at the O2 in BKK, 38k baht.  Did not have a problem getting the hotel on Aug 3rd.

    I have two questions, if you don't mind. How long did it take to get the Visa processed, I assume you and they used an overnight carrier for the document exchange? Where do you get the test at your doctors office?
