I've got a extension of stay expiring later this month.

My options are either a Covid extension or going down the Non-O/ Volunteer visa route.

Would prefer to do the Covid extension this time but don't want to close off any future options.

Does anyone know if Covid extensions are convertible later or is it a 'waiting to leave' dead-end visa?

Are these latest Covid extensions going to be convertible to other forms of visa down the line?  Could I springboard to a Non-O from it later or is it a 'waiting to leave' category?

(I too paid an agent before the September deadline and am considering what to do next.  Those 90 days go fast!)

Yep...it's not the medical certificate 30 day extension...any agent offering 90 day visas now is basically gonna be using a medical excuse to extend the stay...these visas don't have the 'under consideration' problem that the 30 day ones have...so there is time to use an agent again to springboard onto another visa.  Whether you actually have medical issues is irrelevant on the agent route

Agents saying Friday is the cut off for a 90 day medical extension @20k...can springboard from that...  My b@lls of st33l have wilted...????

Options?...I guess the 90 day extension via agents for medical reasons...then get on a volunteer visa?  20K + 55K...I sat outside the agents last week with the 55k...regret not paying it now...haha

If....and I mean if...there is going to be an amnesty extension...what is the likelihood it will be announced tomorrow or the 22nd?

"Medical Emergency" extensions from agents will be available until the 25th just in case right?  One agent is saying Monday is the last day for that option...

It's the public urination that annoys me.  There is basically an army of 5000 grown men peeing in public 3 times a day.  I live near one of these 'pee points' and it isn't pleasant.  I guess it's too much trouble to find a public toilet for them...
