I'm sorry but I just see the same document I uploaded with one page in English and 2 pages in Thai and the spots where I redacted my personal info.

Hi upu2, it looks like you wanted to share something but you reuploaded my document?

Hi all,
I'm asking here about something that's being discussed in the Travel forum, about Thai Airways. I'm one of the travelers who had booked a flight with THAI in March 2020, asked for the refund when it got cancelled, then went to register as a creditor in THAI's bankruptcy process. A few days ago we received an email saying we were facing an objection to our claim... and it's written in Thai language which I don't know at all. Now, at this point I don't have much hope of seeing my money again but I'd still like to know the reason(s) they're giving. The objection contains what looks like a list of possible reasons, with some checked and some not. Could anyone give me a brief explanation or translation of what they say? Here's my copy of the document in attachment.

This is what I found in my email this morning.
Seems my application for repayment has been objected to and further details have been requested despite filling in the entire online form.
I suspect because the travel agency is no longer trading they are not accepting my transfer of funds proof, bank statement detailing the transfer to the agency.
As for the debt calculation this was calculated using figures on their own upload pages so finding that hard to understand.
Feel as though I can kiss the cancelled family flights money goodbye from now on.
Hey. I think I got the same e-mail as you did. I booked a flight with THAI in March 2020. It got cancelled, I asked for the refund, then went to register as a creditor in the bankruptcy process. One difference with you is that I bought my ticket directly from THAI. Did you also get 2 pages written in Thai that are supposed to explain that "objection" we're facing? At this point I'm pretty sure I'm screwed and won't see my money again but I'd still like to read my sentence. I think there must be hundreds or thousands of people who received that same email we did so it would be of public service if someone could translate it. Unfortunately I don't know any Thai. Here's my copy of the document in attachment.
Objection to Thai Airways creditor

I asked for a refund right away and they agreed to it at the time but said there would be some delay, then came the bankruptcy. I can't seriously fight them in court, I'm just curious to know what they're telling us in that "objection".
