No book - No buy!!
If there's no book that can be put in your name it isn't yours.
That is what I thought but people must lose books. The salesperson say there is a letter giving authority for government to issue a new book. I don't know if true so that is why I ask here if anyone knows if that is true.

I see a car advertised on Facebook for very good price. Salesperson say it is pawn car. Has a paper that can be taken to government to get a new book.
This is second time I see pawn car like this. What is the story with pawn cars and no book. I am Thai.

Had a leak in pipe under house two places. Plumber put new seal in both toilets. Now there is a drip on bathroom floor from toilet tank. Want to replace the washers. Have been to Thai Wasadu, Home Pro, Baan & Beyond, and Boonthavorn. Everyplace just carries small rubber gaskets/washers. No real parts. They are Nahm toilets and stores carry them, but they carry no parts to fix. Also, after replacing the seal under toilet, I can smell after flushing. Any idea what might be wrong. Any true plumbing parts stores in Pattaya? Have even tried Lazada and Shopee. No luck. Only buy O ring not flat washers.

Talk to an ophthalmologist before you do. Once you have eye cornea shaped by laser, contact lens no longer work well. Your eyes change as you get older. Most typical is to go from being near sighted to less near sighted. That means you get over corrected with laser and now vision blurred from wrong adjustment. Also lens fitting for eventually cataract surgery is an estimate. That estimate is made more difficult if patient has had laser surgery. I had my eyes done. Doctor did not tell me, yes you won't need glasses to see far, but you will need glasses to see close up, so I was still stuck with glasses. My distance vision got stronger as I got older. Now I am over corrected. Doctor said that is very common. I would like the new multi-focal contacts but can't wear them because of the laser surgery. Contacts don't fit on flattened cornea properly
