A lot of people are too gullible because they're afflicted with the get rich quick syndrome.

Make an official report of the incident and threat with both Management of the complex and the Police.
Anything at all happens in the future to you or proprty no matter how minor and he's got a problem.
I'd add he should install a camera outside his house. My Sinothai neighbors did that to me in 2 different housing estates. In the first estate, they were usually sitting outside watching or waiting for my reaction, but I never flinched. And as I was only renting, I just moved along.

I think the U turns should prove enough. The times they were told they could open and postponed. That costs them food and other stuff that they bought and then could not sell. That would be one of the points.
the u turns happened in many other countries, even in the so-called first world

So if you were on holiday here and someone wanted to send you some emergency cash they couldnt as you wouldnt have any of the above as a tourist, doesnt make sense who are they protecting?
Used to prefer traveling to Laos or Poipet for any amount above $499 before the advent of Money Gram. So though inconveniencing, that should be an option for tourists

The more I read about this case the more it interests me. It seems there is no end to all the sub-plots and sub-stories. There are some facts for sure but lots of theories.
Fact: drugs did wash up on a beach in Rayong. Where did they come from?
Fact: there was apparently enough evidence to have them arrested (OK, sometimes not that much is needed here, but still).
Fact: all 3 judges in the first court and 3 judges in appeals court found the evidence compelling enough to convict and give them the most severe penalty. Had they gotten life or 50 years that's one thing, but to go from death to nothing is amazing.
But someone lost a lot of money and a lot of drugs apparently.
and their life

Yes, I was asked that in January 2017, and that was the last straw. You all be photographed by the IO. I changed to an extension based on a WP after that.
However, I still got a visit after changing my extension of stay. The officer asked to see my child and my ex. Fortunately, she lived nearby, so she was able to come over.

THE RTP have a serious challenge on their hands to maintain the confidence, faith and trust of the people they serve.
Well, I believe they're up to it. Else, they could have shared the spoil and pretended to be investigating the case for eternity.

Amongst us teachers? Not a chance. In our community, I'm sad to say I've encountered some of the worst, most pompous, negative attitudes.
Correct. And the negative attitudes are mostly from those who got their certification from Khao San or St. Roberts in Pratunam. Those who actually attended a real school are never pompous.
