I'm a little bit confused. ???? can someone be so friendly and explain me how to change the category from any kind of an NON O Visa to another.
I read here.
You can apply for any type of non-immigrant extension(marriage, work,study, retirement...) if you qualify for it.
If the Covid extension option gets extended you canof course alsoapply for another one.
I'm on a volunteer Visa right now and would like to study in the future further like I did pre Covid with my ED Visa.
As far as I know if I would like to have an ED Visa I have to leave the country to apply for a new one. or coming back on an visa exempt or tourist visa. Ok.
But could I study, at the end of my volunteer visa, and get an extension for my NON O volunteer Visa based on study ?
If so how long would be the extension? Normally a ED Visa is issued for one year with 90day reporting. I guess an extension would be only 60days? How does it work?
