  1.   My neighbour owns a bar. She has 2 kids approximately 2 and 7. She takes them to the bar at night but when the bar closes she brings them home around 12.30.

She then leaves them alone 2-3 times a week to go partying until 5-6 in the morning.

The children are locked inside the house. Should I report it?. If so who would I report it to?

Why, if they weren't legally a couple?  Maybe the child would have some rights if he had been officially recorded as the child's father, something that doesn't always happen when the mother is single.

He is officially recorded as the childs father

  3. British guy dies in Thailand. Buddhist wedding, 2 children. I from his first wife in the UK, 2nd with the Thai lady. He had a condo and a pick-up in his own name. He has a bar in his Thai wife's name. She suspects he had another building that he owned but can't find any paperwork. Is it possible to check anywhere if there are other assets,,?. No will. Many thanks

Nor would most as they use electric....

I usually manage to watch things from the driver's seat... and curiosity would make me check the gauge. Be intrigued from the OP as to how the scam was performed.... did the nozzle go into the fill hole and the guy made pump noises? Anyhow... don't go off for a pee when they fill you at that place!

Oops, just saw the above post.... would not expect the readout to move without liquid driving it.

Yes the pump was put into the hole and the reading were clocking up as I was watching it. Was the motor running,? I don't know

  5. I watched the pump from inside the pick-up, the pump readout was moving but obviously nothing was coming out. I didn't stop the engine but the guage does move as the the vehicle is being filled. When I returned to the station I stop/started and then the range usually registers immediately. It didn't. It's not an old vehicle, under 6 months

  6. I arrived in Bangkok last night recently recovered from covid with a covid recovered certificate. As I was about to get tested I told the nurse, she scanned the certificate and told me that it would be tested slightly different. Did the swabs and 9 hours later told I could leave. I would definitely inform the nurse at the time, could save time if you do test positive

So, OP, you're posting; "Hi, I've recently been infected with a disease that has killed millions but still feel entitled to travel and possibly infect as many people as I come in contact with. How can I come to your house?"

Does that about sum it up? Really? Stay home, please.

I will not be travelling if I am still infected, and I will also not be travelling if I don't have a recovered certificate. Does that make you feel better?

  8. I don't need a pre-departure test, it looks like I don't have enough time to get a recovery certificate (needs to be at least 14 days from being tested positive)  At the moment I have only done a lateral flow so when I arrive in Thailand  if I test negative would that be enough or will there still be enough virus in my system that it will probably test positive
