You will need to show 400k baht in a bank to get the multiple entry non-o visa.
Documents are about the same as Savannakhet.
No financial proof is needed there.
No
Embassies and consulates have nothing to do with TM30's. It is a Thai immigration form and requirement.
Thank you so much UbonJoe, really appreciated...
It seems a trip to Savannakhet is in sight then.

Thank you so much for the detailed post!
I am thinking to try and go to Penang to obtain a NON-O Multi (I am legally married to a Thai spouse).
I have been doing extension for the last 3 years, but a problem with my investment back in my home country left me pretty dry so I am going for the Multi NON-O this time.
How much is the amount requested to be deposited on the Thai Bank Account? And documents are the same which are requested at Savannakhet? Just in case Savannkhet still ask no finance proof for the Multi Non-O?
And last but not least... The TM 30 must be shown to the embassy/consulate for obtain the visa?
Thanks a lot in advance to anyone who will kindly help.

The is no theory to it. You could even go on the 24th if needed. But I suggest doing it a couple of weeks early at the least.
Thanks a lot again. I will follow your suggestion.

There is no minimum amount of time to do the extension application other than doing it on or before the last day.
At Chaeng Wattana immigration you can do the application up to 45 days early.
Thank you Ubonjoe, so theorically I could go even on 23rd October, am I correct? Obviously I won't wait that day, should any problem arise...

Hi guys,
I am almost due to submit my request to extend my stay in Thailand for further 12 months.
I have Thai wife, and 2 kids... Last 2 requests went fine, but I have a question:
When shall I go to immigration to submit my request and documentation? I am allowed to stay until 24 October.
Should I go to Immigration in BKK not less than 30 days from the expiry date or?
Thanks to all in advance. -

Please disregard my last post. I did remember I have been answered to this question a while back.

Quick question:
my friend has been married for many years and living with wife at his home (of course he pay for it, but on Tabian Baan wife is the "owner").
Should wife report anytime he turns back home from abroad? He told me they never reported to Immigration local office, as they think being married and already reporting his address in his Visas, that shouldn't be necessary...

Stupid question, hoping to no hijack the topic...
If an Alien makes a non-O visa (Thai spouse) and declares to live at her home (house with her being owner of Blue Book). Does she have to sub,it a TM. 30 form anyway? And that must be done every time he makes a new Visa?
Thanks in advance.
I assume you mean an an extension of stay based upon marriage obtained at immigration not a non-o visa from an embassy or consulate.
A TM30 form should only be needed once. Many offices never ask for one while others want one very year.
Thanks for your answer Ubonjoe
No I meant exactly make a new visa. My friend does not live here permanently but only some months here, and some months he goes back to his country.
So does she has to send a TM30 every time he comes in Thailand with a new visa?
Sorry but I am not English native speaker, maybe not easy to understand
A TM30 form should not be needed unless he does something at at an immigration office.
Thank you a lot, very helpful

Thanks to you all
I will try my chances once there, so I will make a further report in september.
Sure to cut out a multi visa for who is regularly married with kids, doesn't help much...

Thanks a lot for sharing.
Actually I have the amount deposited long enough for make an extension here, but the process is quite privacy-invasive plus, doing lots of trips outside Thailand, I should pay a fortune in re-entry permits, so that Non-O multi is still my best choice.
I will try my luck and if I cannot obtain it, I will then head to Savannakhet next.
Thank you again Siriam

Hi guys.
As I have not been in KL for a while I am asking you some updates about it.
I have to be there for some personal reason when my visa will expire next month, and so I would love to make my new Non-O Multi visa as married with Thai national (My wife is Thai).
I know some time ago they introduced the rule to show a deposit of a least 400,000 thb.
Other documents are always the same? Any problem to obtain Non-O Multi with the book bank showing proof if finance?
Original passport valid not less than 6 months with a copy of information page(s)Visa application form duly filled out with one 4x6 cm. sized photograph (white / blue background taken within the past 6 months)Original and copy of official marriage certificate (For spouse*).Original and copy of official birth certificate (For children*).Copy of Thai identity card (of spouse or parent).Copy of Thai House registration (of spouse or parent).Bank Statement with a minimum deposit of 400,000 BathThanks in advance

Reading the reports on the forum it seems the only Embassy giving the multiple non-O for being married with Thai spouse without finance proof, is Savannakhet in Laos.
Does the Laos immigration put one page sticker visa at the border? Or they finally reduced the visa size?
-
You can come and go as you please up to 15th June 2015.
Each entry will give a max of 90 days.
You can stretch the stay up to almost 15 months by doing a border run just before June 15th
I humbly correct you saying that he can come and go as he pleases up to ONE year from the first entry he will make in Thailand with that Visa
If he will entry on 1st September 2014, he can enjoy multiple ins-outs until 31 August 2015.

Another newbie pro government poster, will have to see who else has gone. strange.
I am a member and mainly a lurker since October 2006, I don't like to post often because the easy judging people writing here. Are you one of them?
You told me I am a pro government, but you went totally off target. I am just against lies and so I am totally against the so-called independent agencies of this country for a starter...
No I am not one of any of who you think.
Your line of thinking-re army.. Why in heavens name should we HAVE to have the army involved in polls, politics, disorder ??? So why didn't you speak on the lines---POLICES JOB. if so why didn't the government revise this franchise and make it control ALL the civilian problems---instead of hiding behind trees and stopping motorists for tea money ??
It was a coincidence that you posted when some posters have gone due to saving face. My post was in no way personal and I should not jump to conclusions, BUT again we do when we get denial gov posters posting on the one topic only. TVF posters normally post on a vast amount of different topics, but a minority dung stirrers are amongst us.
I get accused of being a yellow supporter because I highlight government wrongs --to me this is healthy.
No problem, as you admit you were wrong about me to be a newbie it's alright for me.
In my country, police and army are always involved for make sure polls will be held without problems.
I think for show a bit of neutrality as everyone says army is with protesters and police with the government, EC (and government) could have asked help to both forces, but nothing has been done, with (in my opinion) the clear intention by EC to not have elections, or as it happened having them so disrupted that had to been canceled.
-
Why doesn't the chairman of the EC just go to the anti government stage and hug Suthep. Amazing the chairman of the EC is doing everything possible to not have elections.
Well, the man was right last time when he didn't want the election because it wouldn't work. It was only throwing away a few billion baht more. Peanuts for the YL-government perhaps, but still a waste of money.
Maybe if the army would do as in any civilized country and protect candidate registrations and polls due to the disrupting protests, elections would have worked and would work.
It seems EC chairman is waiting something to happen, likely some party or all of its member be banned...
Independent agency? Pfffttt...

To every good soul in this forum!
For a tragic miscalculation, I ended up finishing my stock of condom as in object.
PANIC! My wife is allergic to latex and now I don't have any idea of where to find the model I wrote in Bangkok!!!
Is there anyone that could give me direction of where to find them? Any idea of price?
Or anyone coming from US or Europe and willing to buy some stock for me? I am in despair! LOL!!!
Thanks to everyone in advance for the help
P.s. The version in Polyisoprene is needed, not the latex one.

Update: now you can fax also wit TRUE Pre-paid sim card

Hi folks!
It's exactly one week I am getting crazy... I am trying to obtain a broadband subscription in Udon Thani (or better just 7 km. from City Centre).
Well, TT&T doesn't reach the place (Tambon Kudsa, on the way to Nong Khai, just a bit far from the railway crossing...). TOT doesn't have room on main ADSL hub.
TOT offered me Satellite service, but I read just bad about it.
So, the only ways are: GPRS (Really slowly, even worse than 56k connection!) and I read about CDMA CAT offer...
Does anyone have CDMA connection in Udon? Does it work fine?
Is just CDMA 1x or the faster evolution 1x EV-DO?
And (last but not least) where is located a reseller of CAT CDMA services in Udon?
I tried to find it on their website http://www.catcdma.com but their server seems to be down
Thanks in advance for your help!
