wonder how they were overcharged ?

pump delivering short ..........weights and measures or equivalent ,?

overcharging / short changing , surely you check the total on the pump / change tendered ?

dishonest employee's , sack them .........repeated occurrences sack the management .

We had a problem here in the USA with pump owners "rigging" the meters to deliver less petrol/gasoline than purchased but showing more delivered on the pump. Much like the Thai taxi drivers do to their meters. However, the state regulators started making snap rounds of the stations, checking the meters, fininng and imprisoning the owners and it quickly stopped.

Anyone else notice on last night's Thai news the story about another "bomb" being found in Bangkok somewhere?

When the Camera zoomed in close on the disarmed device, the markings "M22A2 - Smoke" could be clearly read - it looked very much like a US manufactured 80mm/3" mortar round.

That proves it!!! Bush and the Americans are to blame!! Let the conspiracy theories begin!!

BANGKOK: -- Seven explosives went off almost simultaneously in Bangkok, injuring at least 20 people as the revellers were about to start celebrating the New Year's eve.

The US Army needs wars to test the new weapons. It's international relations create chaos, tension and stirrup local conflicts in order to sell the not-so-new weapons to everybody around who only wants to buy them.

As, my post being lame, I think not , as I have earned one undergraduate and two post graduate degrees I do not think of myself as idotic. Nope simple economics, history. USA is the largest exporter and importer...one state California is the 4th or 5th largest economy in the world....

But, for those of you that are able to read...not many I guess...a simple review of history and GDP of the USA would elighten...but I suppose that would be too much trouble...
