Internet is ok but we have been getting power cuts every other day, hopefully this should be sorted by the time you get here..

3mb internet connection is the best by far, as for the power cuts most of us will be dead by the time they are sorted out on koh phangan.

When the 7 eleven company managed to open an outlet in TNP, simply the big family running the area said them that if they open they just burn the shop away .

So now TNP is the only location in KPG without a 7 eleven.

7 eleven have been open in TNP for six months already

i knew that was coming but if you have lived here as long as i have, and i think you have lived here longer, you will know that you don't have to upgrade that land to put a small house on it, not in phangan, not if your family are from here.

It would be the same land office where you registered your land (chanote or nss). We took a copy of the land paper and noted where we wanted it to be divided. Each plot cost us 4,000 baht to sub divide. And as research suggests you cannot cut your land into more than 9 plots. The whole process from start to finish took three months (just the sub-division).

sorry mate after talking to the wife it did take about six months, we divided it while it was still nor saw 3, and then we upgraded it, anything else you want to know feel free to pm

thaimex, ive just devided 7 rai into six different plots, it took about three months from start to finish, cost us about 30,000 baht.it was nor sor 3 before we went about the process and was upgraded to chanote at the same time.
