  1. Hi,

I have a 30 years lease contract on a chanote land registered in land office. I went to immigration to ask how i can registered for TM30 without house book because i don t have any. They said to me to use number of chanote.

My question is: can i registered as land owner knowing than my name is on chanote?

    Thank you.

  2. Thank everyone for your answers. The boundary stones are already there. I m just worry they move them. I m not married so no one in the perimeter to go and check. My friend will call to tell the land office she s not there and we will see what happen. Hopefully it s nothing and everything will be find. Sometimes reading bad experiences from others makes you think too much. I will have the surprise in may. ?

  3. Hi,

I have a lease land contract on a land. My friend got today a letter from the land department saying they want to control the boundary stones with numbers. It looks like neighbour asked for it. She s supposed to go there on 18 december but she ll be in europe. I won t be there too because i m in europe too. The land is closed with barbed wire and all the boundary stones are outside the land. I have the chanote tittle with me in europe with size and numbers on it and my name.

Are they allowed to do the control if we are not there? What are the risks if me or my friend owner are not there? In case of bad surprise when i come back next year what can i do?

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards.

  4. I went to immigration office in bangkok and in french ambassy to ask because i have a TV triple entries. I used one and a 30 days extension. They both told me than i will get no problem if i do a run boarder. A thai woman working for french ambassy also told me she was thinking that it s not normal they give tourism visa in consulat and refuse people at the boarder.

Even if the IO has the right to refuse u the entrance to the country it s a shame if they do it after looking your passport 30 secondes. Normally they ll be supposed to take you in an office to make an interview.

I ll be going to the boarder end of month and see what happen.

  5. i live near phetchabun on a land of my ex girlfriend. there is no address here so i give immigration the address of the parents home of my ex girlfriend. i m on a visa tourist and just got 2 months more. i just stay here 6 months a year and will leave in 1 months. i don t speak really thai but it looks like they were looking for people living the area. they just wrote my name in a book they have with them.

  6. we want to close the land of my parents girlfriend next to khon kaen. we have 15 rai to close . i d like to know what kind of wood i need to use... the price of the wood is very different .first we looked for 3 meter at 15 baht a piece it was looking good but it s eucalyptus so mother said it s not strong enough. i want 150 cm wood 1 meter outside and 50 cm in soil. now i heard about strong wood but 60 baht for 150 cm . i want to put one part of wood every 2 meter . for the barbed wire i found 28 meters for 180 baht. i need 1360 meter . we want to close the land to protect it of the cows who come to destroy everything. i try to found the best price possible. first i was thinking about 10000-15000 baht but now it looks more like 30000 baht. if somebody can help me . thank you in advance .

  7. i m looking for a thai boxing camp in or around khon khaen...

There are more than 50 Camps in the KK area so it all depends on what your looking for. Are you a pro fighter? Are you just curious? Do you want to get in real fights in the ring? How many kilos do you weigh? There are many more questions that need to be answered to get you to the right place for you. If your in KK just send me a PM with your phone number.

thank you for the answer ... i m not a pro fighter ... i just had a cup of fight last year to get cash in patong but nothing really serious ... i m looking for a place to train the morning ... im about 95 kg but i think i ll down 85 rapidly ... i m going to spend about 6 months in khon kaen i d like to found a serious place where i can learn more technics about old muay thai ... i ll pm you when i arrive about end of may ... thanks ...

  8. Depends a lot on the quality of land, availability of water, etc. Growing rice could provide about 20K/m before costs with one harvest/yr in Sisaket, bale up the straw for own use and sale, fill in with crops such as marrows, water melons, tomatoes (take them to market yourself), perhaps set aside a few rai for chillies. By all means keep a few cattle and get grass etc from the hedgerows in the rice growing season. Got a fish pond? - for water and fish. Grow a few fast growing trees (eucolyptus) in the hedges. A few mango and papaya trees, beans, egg plants and, with a bit of work and a lot of luck, you should be there.

thanks for the advice... i m going to study this way . for the moment it s just a project . get a farm it s more to regroup my family s girlfriend and for the quality of life . get 30000 baht it s to help me for the credit ... i work actually in europe and my girlfriend study in khon kaen ... the farm wont be the only ressources ... we re going to work together in europe before to live in thailand and look to work like teachers ... anyway thanks for your help and sorry for my english (i m french)

    bye
