Hi
I saw these bikes at a recent race on display and thought their carbon mtb bikes looked well priced. Anyone had any experiences?

Hi
I am trying to buy 20-30 swimming noodles sometimes know as a woggle or log.
From wikipedia
"A pool noodle (also known as a water log) is a cylindrical piece of polyethylene foam, sometimes hollow. Pool noodles may used by people of all ages while swimming. They are useful when learning to swim, for floating, for rescue reaching, in various forms of water play, and for aquatic exercise. Pool noodles are particularly useful to support amateur snorkelers."
If you have any idea where I can purchase these in Thailand, the contact details would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Richard

Thanks for the post ianf,
The photos in the link look great! The shop looks a step above others based on presentation
Bianchi doesn't excite me particularly as it has been sold as 'budget' brand by internet retailers in Aus/NZ for the past couple of years (despite its great history).
What qualifies the mechanic at Bianchi as being so good? As I take pride in the care of my bikes I am always looking for good service. In the short time I have been in Chiang Mai, Velocity's mechanic was particularly recommended and the Cherry Bike mechanic impressed me.
Cheers

Cherry Bikes, on the 118 heading towards San Sai, have a pretty good stock of bikes including Specialised. Plus their mechanic seems to do a good job.

Hi
I am looking to find more information but the locations described in post 6 and 8 sound like different places to me. I found two different massage places. Which is the actual suggested place?

The Farangatangs have been playing games at Prem lately. I do not know anything about them but Alan Sparks has been their contact to use the Prem facilities. I am sure he would be able to give you the information you are after.

Hello,
I am looking at running in a half marathon on the 28th February in Lampang. Is the air quality there similar to Chiang Mai?

There are different kinds of masks,
The disposable kind can be found at hardware stores very easily.
The thicker cotton and specialty cycle masks can be found at Khlong Thom market in Chinatown
Find the people selling motorcycle helmets, they all have good masks.
Anyone have success using masks to cycle? I am hoping to maintain regular road cycling through the pollution season in Chiang Mai.

Can anyone give the present status of the mixed hash groups in Chiang Mai. Run days, meeting places and times would be awesome.

Just did the loop for the first time, riding up the switchbacks. From this thread I gather this is the harder way but faster?

Hi
Has anyone flown to the US checking in a bike (in a box) on Eva Air? Have they tried charging you for an oversized item?
