Hello Gents,
I am considering buying an old car in Bangkok.I live , when I am in Thailand, in Pattaya. The present owner tells me that the only thing neccessary to transfer ownership is a copy of my passport.
When I transferred ownership on my motorbike in Pattaya/Banglamung they needed a "resident" permit, photos and copies of everything. So , what do you think?
Do I have to re register in Banglamung?
Your expertise will be appreciated.

Does anyone know how road tax is calculated? is it done on weight or age? Does anyone know how to get a list?
Quickest way from Pattaya to Hua Hin

I find the best and safest way is as follows.
Bell transport will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the bus station in Pattaya north (Nua) a Bell transport bus will take you to the airport. This costs 230 baht takes about 2 hours.
A really comfortable Bell transport bus leanes the airport for Hua hin costs 350 baht (i think)
Check the timetables for the correct connection times.....excellent service.
